Just spent $1300 on four brand new trailer tires.

26 ft Masthead sloop rig C+C, built 1978 in Niagara, 10 ft beam, 4 ft 6 in draft, fin keel with spade rudder, open helm with twin bench, full SS deck fittings.

Exterior: blue/red, new paint job of deck and hull, antifouled each year.

Cabin: sleeps 4, double cabin V-berth, bench on stbd side and bench with removable table, teakwood trim, one enclosed head, various cabinets, drawers, etc.

Galley: SS sink, ice chest, 2 burner Homestead/Kenyon alcohol stove/oven
20 US gallon fresh water storage, usual black and grey water systems.

Rigging: masthead top rigger, aluminum mast with #10 2 1/2 " Barient winch, deck step, 4 winches (2 @#21 (3"), 2 @#18 (2 5/8") Barient)

Sails: full sail covers and boots, 1 main, 1 #1 jib, 2 Genoas (120%, 150%), 2 spinnakers

Main engine: OMC inboard sea drive, 2 cylinder 15 hp

Ground tackle: 9 lb anchor at bow, 5 lb anchor in rear lazarette

Electronics and navigation equipment: Uniden VHF, Eagle handheld GPS, Euromarine depth sounder, Aqua Meter compass

Safety equipment: 2 fire extinquisher, first aid kit, inflatable life raft, navigation lights, various PFDs

Tandem trailer with electric brakes, cradle and tool box (see pictures), 10000 lb hitch and sway bars.

Boat currently on cradle and stored in London, Ontario. Boat inspected in 1998 by Northstar Marine Consulting before extensive repair work was performed. Appraised at $35,500
