Other policies We believe in honest product descriptions. We believe that too many items described as "NWOT - New Without Tags" are not as described. Many garments appear brand new after a few wears/washes. If we do not know 100% (or have proof) that a garment is "New Without Tags", then we will list it as "Used", but indicate that it is in "Like New" condition. In general, we try to find any flaws and point them out in our listings. We have not had any buyers yet who have disagreed with our descriptions! In regards to packing, we take pride in our packing of items. We have bought items where it seemed a miracle that the item arrived in 1 piece (given the packing job). We try hard to ensure that items arrive in the shape they packed with. This starts with good quality boxes. We don't ship in cereal boxes or other flimsy boxes. In the event that an item is in its original box, and is shipping-worthy, we will wrap it using thick kraft paper instead of re-boxing. About Virtual Shopping Center With experience on our team ranging from 8 yrs on eBay, to almost fifteen years, we know eBay well. Until recently we've sold things as a non-branded seller.
