Sleeping Accommodations for 7 persons. Two new heads with showers. New fly bridge enclosure. All safety equipment. This boat underwent a complete restoration in and out. It is a perfect boat for someone wanting to live aboard or the prefect cottage. The engines on this boat are in perfect condition, so one could take it on a long cruise if they so desire.

The boat has a nice large fly bridge where one can lounge and dine while taking sunshine, or gazing at the stars in the evening. It can be driven from the upper helm, to enjoy the good visibility and the nice weather. But in bad weather, the boat can also be driven from the interior helm.

The upper deck is 12' by 15' equipped with patio furniture, BBQ and sunbathing mats. Inside there are 3 queen size and one twin beds. The boat was surveyed in June 2011, and found to be in "very good condition".
